With a proven track record of successful investments and property developments, Bram Page is an experienced property industry executive with a career spanning over 30 years across a broad cross section of roles and asset classes.

Prior to establishing Bramford, Bram was the NSW Development Manager for Leda Holdings where he spent nine years working closely with Managing Director Robert Ell on Leda’s commercial, industrial and development portfolio. Prior to this, Bram was a Director in Sales & Investments at JLL and a Manager in the City Sales team at Ray White Commercial.

Bram’s comprehensive experience throughout his career has provided him with an unrivalled network of connections and expert skillset capable of handling all property matters.

Acquisitions & Development Manager

Jason has over six years experience in the property industry, previously working for global architecture firm, Woods Bagot, and commercial real estate giant, CBRE, before joining Bramford in 2020.

With a Master’s Degree in Property Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Jason combines his understanding of both design and development to identify the best opportunities in the market and bring out their full potential.

Jason has extensive experience in site identification, due diligence and analysis, feasibility studies, property advisory, concept design and project management.
