Bramford Property was engaged by Primary Health Care Ltd in 2015 to deliver the relocation of its Werribee Medical & Dental Centre from its regional shopping centre tenancy into a standalone town centre location. Following a 12 month search a site was successfully identified and acquired. Bramford further acted as the development manager to create a modern, high quality medical and dental facility for Primary Health.
