This included five separate offices, a boardroom, open plan area, custom made joinery, reception and kitchenette. The acquisition of this property is following the growth of the St Leonards area and the trend of businesses being shifted towards city fringe locations. The investment strategy was substantiated when the property was sold 12 months later, seeing a 40% increase on initial purchase price.
